Beaching it...

We were lucky enough to squeeze in an early summer beach day with our buddies the Wells and Besse's.

Here is a peek at our little beach bums.

Sarah's Baptism

Baby Sarah's big day at church!  The whole family was there to celebrate.  Her godparents, Mark and Kelly, had the christening gown made from Nicole's wedding gown which made her look extra beautiful, if that is possible.   The party afterwards was a rager in a typical Raasch fashion for a nice holy event...the kids slamming shirley temples at the bar, requesting dance music and turning the place into a dance party.  It was so funny because there were a few little girls the same ages as the boys at the party and the girls just formed like a little circle around the boys and watched them dance which fueled the boys dance moves, the girls were too shy to dance with the boys but they all talked about doing a dance off (maybe at Sarah's bday party?!?!).  So fun and Sarah is so special...love you baby girl!!! XOXO

Saturdays in May...

Colton decided to play baseball this Spring rather than soccer.  This was fine with me because May was so rainy and this was an indoor baseball league so no game delays or rain-outs.  This league also does real pitches, no tee ball, and if you are out, you are OUT!  Colton managed to nail the coach in the balls every game without fail and tried to run home every hit he made (sometimes worked, sometimes not), the coaches laughed at him (or with him) pretty much the whole time.  He loved it though so I think he will be doing another session with the same team (South Shore Baseball Club) only now they take it outdoors.  For his last game I took him to breakfast where he recreated his family in lego fashion and after the game he had a birthday party for his buddy James.
